In compliance with the requirements of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings
requirements, Transpaco advises herewith that in line with King III Mr Louis
Weinberg Transpaco`s financial director has tendered his resignation as company
secretary of Transpaco with effect from 13 December 2010. Mr Weinberg will
continue as the financial director of Transpaco.
Mr Hendrik van Niekerk has been appointed by the board as company secretary with
effect from 13 December 2010.
