Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 30 June 2010
was dispatched to shareholders today and contained no material modifications to
the audited condensed financial results for that year, which were published on
SENS on 15 October 2010.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of the
company will be held on 13 January 2011 at 11h00 at the company`s offices, at
the corner of Engelbrecht and
Lanham Streets, East Lynne, Pretoria to transact the business as stated in the
notice of annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
