Further to the cautionary announcement contained in the SENS announcement dated
29 October 2010, shareholders are advised that SA French is still involved in
negotiations which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the
price of the company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
