CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Cashbuild shareholders are informed that Mr KB Pomario, an executive director of
Cashbuild, has resigned from the board of directors with effect from 31 March
2011.
Mr Pomario is emigrating and the board of directors of Cashbuild wishes to thank
him for his invaluable contributions to the company.
