RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Trencor shareholders are advised that at Trencor`s general meeting held on
Tuesday, 14 December 2010, the special resolution and the ordinary resolution
proposed were approved by 99,9% of the shares represented.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office ("CIPRO") in due course. The
finalisation date for the specific share repurchase is expected to be Tuesday,
18 January 2011 and the implementation date is expected to occur between
Tuesday, 1 March 2011 and Monday, 4 April 2011. An announcement confirming the
finalisation date will be issued following the registration of the special
resolution by CIPRO.
