RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The under-mentioned announcement is published in compliance with paragraph 3.59
of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
The Board of Cullinan wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Vicki O`Hana as
non-executive director with effect from 14 December 2010. Ms O`Hana was
appointed to the board in 2002 and brought with her excellent knowledge of the
hospitality industry.
The Board wishes to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Ms O`Hana
for her dedication and outstanding contribution to the development and growth of
the company over the past eight years. Ms O`Hana tendered her resignation due
to her other work commitments in the hospitality industry. In the future Ms
O`Hana will continue to offer her support to the company via her other work
commitments in the industry.
