RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the company`s annual general meeting held at
10h00 on Wednesday, 15 December 2010 the special resolution and all the ordinary
resolutions, proposed thereat, were approved by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
