HOLDING IN COMPANY & DIRECTOR`S DEALINGS
The Company was notified on 14 December 2010 that Mr R Still had sold 600,000
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of ZAR1.12
per Share, for a total consideration of ZAR668,892.31.
Following this transaction Mr Still has a direct interest in 2,700,000 Shares,
representing 0.19% of the issued share capital of the Company and a total
indirect, non-beneficial interest in 41,824,408 Shares representing 2.90% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
