DECLARATION OF FINAL DIVIDEND TO O-LINE SHAREHOLDERS
The directors of O-Line are pleased to announce that they declared a final
dividend of 2 cents per share for the year ended 30 June 2010, on 17 December
2010 and wish to ensure that shareholders receive payment thereof as
expeditiously as possible in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements.
The salient dates for the payment of this dividend are set out below:
Last day to trade cum dividend Friday, 14 January 2011
Trading ex dividend commences Monday, 17 January 2011
Record date Friday, 21 January 2011
Payment date Monday, 24 January 2011
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
17 January 2011, and Friday, 21 January 2011, both days included.
