Shareholders are referred to the Audited Group Results announcement for the year
ended 30 September 2010 published on SENS on 22 November 2010 and in the media
on 23 November 2010. There have been no changes to the results published in
those announcements and those contained in the Annual Report which will be
posted to shareholders on 17 December 2010.
The annual general meeting of the Company will be held in the "JSE One" Room
situated on the 12th Floor of the Radison BLU Hotel Sandton, corner of Rivonia
