Report containing its audited annual financial statements for the financial year
ended 30 September 2010 to unitholders on 17 December 2010. The Annual Report is
also available on Fountainhead`s website at www.fountainheadproperty.co.za.
Unitholders are referred to the Audited Final Results announcement for the year
ended 30 September 2010 published on 28 October 2010. There were no changes to
the results published in that announcement and those contained in the Annual
Report.
