RESULTS OF MANDATORY OFFER TO MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS
Cenmag shareholders are referred to the circular dated 22 October 2010
containing details of the mandatory offer to the minority shareholders to
acquire their ordinary shares in Cenmag for a purchase consideration of R1.60
per share ("the offer").
The offer closed on Friday, 10 December 2010 and acceptances in respect of 86
702 shares, comprising 1.45% of the issued share capital of the company, were
received.
