POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Command Holdings Limited`s Annual General Meeting ("AGM") - scheduled to be held
at the Lord Charles Hotel on Tuesday, 21 December 2010, will be postponed to
Tuesday, 29 March 2011 at the Lord Charles Hotel, Somerset West.
The AGM notice, highlighting the new date, time and venue of the meeting as well
as additional resolutions to those set out in the Annual Report 2009, will be
mailed to shareholders by 04 March 2011.
The Company wishes to apologize to its shareholders for any inconvenience
caused.
