CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
Mr Nico Schoeman, the Company`s Interim Chief Executive Officer, has resigned
with effect from 30 December 2010, in order to pursue other opportunities. The
Board of Directors has thanked Mr Schoeman for his significant contribution
since taking on this role, and wish him well in his new endeavours.
The Board of Directors further advises that the Company`s current Chief
Financial Officer, Mr Marius Saaiman, has been appointed Interim Chief Executive
Officer with effect from 03 January 2011.
