The Board of Directors of Capital & Counties Properties PLC is
pleased to announce the appointment of Henry Staunton as a member
of the Remuneration Committee in replacement of David Fischel with
effect from 17 December 2010.
This change fulfils the Company`s undertaking to comply with
provision D.2.1 of the UK Corporate Governance Code, as the
Remuneration Committee now comprises solely independent non-
executive Directors.
