CIRCULAR TO LINKED UNITHOLDERS
Linked unitholders are advised that a circular has been posted today setting out
the relevant information relating to the adoption of a new management agreement
between Octodec and City Property Administration (Proprietary) Limited ("the
management agreement"), and incorporating a notice of general meeting.
The general meeting of linked unitholders will be held at CPA House, 101 Du Toit
Street, Pretoria on Wednesday, 12 January 2011 at 11:30 for the purpose of
considering and, if deemed fit, passing the necessary resolutions for the
adoption of the management agreement.
