CIRCULAR TO LINKED UNITHOLDERS AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unitholders are advised that a circular has been posted today setting out
the relevant information relating to the adoption of a new management agreement
between Premium and City Property Administration (Proprietary) Limited ("the
management agreement"), and incorporating a notice of general meeting.
The general meeting of linked unitholders will be held at CPA House, 101 Du Toit
Street, Pretoria on Wednesday, 12 January 2011 at 11:00 for the purpose of
considering and, if deemed fit, passing the necessary resolutions for the
adoption of the management agreement.
Further, linked unitholders are advised that the company is considering
implementing a rights offer, the details of which are expected to be announced
on Friday, 14 January 2011. The proposed rights offer may have a material effect
on the price of Premium`s linked units and accordingly, linked unitholders are
advised to exercise caution until a further announcement is made.
