Anglo Pacific Shareholding Increases
African Eagle Resources plc ("African Eagle" or "the Company", ticker AIM: AFE;
AltX: AEA) was notified on December 17, 2010 that on December 16, Anglo Pacific
Group plc (ticker AIM: APF), increased its shareholding in the Company to
23,075,000 ordinary shares which represents approximately 6% of the total voting
rights of the Company.
