CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mrs. Jenny Etchells has resigned
as Financial Director with effect from 31 January 2011. The board of directors
thanks Jenny for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well for the
future.
Miss Sue Cox will be appointed as the new Financial Director.
