Shareholders are advised that Coronation`s 2010 annual report, containing the
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2010, has been
posted to shareholders on 22 December 2010 and contains no modifications to the
reviewed preliminary financial results which were released on the Securities
Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited ("SENS") on 9 November 2010. The
Company`s auditors, KPMG Inc., have audited the annual financial statements and
their unqualified report is available for inspection at the Company`s registered
office. The annual report will be available on the Company`s website
www.coronation.com.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be
held on Thursday, 20 January 2011 at 10:00 at the Company`s premises at 7th
Floor, MontClare Place, Corner Campground and Main Roads, Claremont, Cape Town,
to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
