CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Telemasters regrets to announce the
resignation of Ms Nolene Owen as Financial Director with effect from 24
December 2010.
Ms Owen was appointed on 18 January 2010 and has served the company
faithfully during this period. She has resigned on account of her family
moving out of Pretoria to pursue business interests elsewhere.
She has made a valuable contribution to the company and her inputs will be
missed. We wish her the best in her future endeavors.
Mr Brandon Topham`s role will change with effect from 24 December 2010 from
Non-Executive Director to Financial Director.
