- Combined Annual Report and Accounts for Redefine International and Redefine
Properties International Limited ("RI Ltd") for the period ended 31 August
2010 ("Annual Report")
- Notice of the Annual General Meeting for Redefine International to be held
at 10.30am on 19 January 2011 at Channel House, Green Street, St Helier,
Jersey, JE2 4UH
- Notice of the Annual General Meeting for RI Ltd to be held at 10.30am on 26
January 2011 at Redefine Place, 2 Arnold Road, Rosebank, Johannesburg,
South Africa
- Forms of Proxy for the Annual General Meetings.
An electronic copy of the Annual Report is also now available on the Company`s
website pursuant to AIM Rule 26 at www.redefineinternational.je
The audited financial statement contains no changes to the reviewed consolidated
financial results which were announced on 4 November 2010.
