Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 17 December 2010
and advised that the ordinary shares referred to above were sold to cover the
cost and taxes that arose from the exercise of options.
Prior clearance to enter into the transaction was obtained in accordance with
Mvela Resources` policy with regard to Directors` dealings as well as the JSE
