No Change Statement and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that Adcock Ingram`s 2010 annual report, containing the
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2010, has been
posted to shareholders on 24 December 2010 and contains no modifications to the
abridged audited results which were released on the Securities Exchange News
Service of the JSE Limited ("SENS") on 23 November 2010. The Company`s auditors,
Ernst & Young Inc, have audited the annual financial statements and their
unqualified report is available for inspection at the Company`s registered
office. The annual report will be available on the Company`s website
www.adcock.com from 24 December 2010.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be
held on Thursday, 27 January 2011 at 14:00 at the Company`s premises at 1 New
Road, Midrand, Gauteng, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
annual general meeting.
