RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR

Limited, the board of directors announces the resignation of Dr Khather
Massaad from the board of Pinnacle with effect from 21 December 2010.
The Board of Directors of Pinnacle would like to thank Dr Massaad for his
contribution to the company.
