DETAILED CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 28 September 2010, 09 November
2010, 21 December 2010 and 22 December 2010 shareholders are advised that the
negotiations referred to therein are still in progress.
The Company has entered into an agreement relating to the disposal of Pinnacle
Point Golf and Beach Resorts to a consortium that wishes to convert the PP
Resort into a 5-star resort and host a golf championship at the resort subject
to conditions precedent.
Once certain conditions precedent have been met, a detailed terms announcement
will be made.
RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
The company remains in negotiations in relation to other matters in addition and
separate to this disposal. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution until a further announcement is made.
