DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON PRETORIA PORTLAND CEMENT COMPANY LIMITED
HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("PPCIHJ")
The Directors of Pretoria Portland Cement Company Limited have declared an final
dividend of 130 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 17 January 2011 to
ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the company at the close of
business on Friday, 14 January 2011.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
PPCIHJ, will receive a Pretoria Portland Cement Company Limited final dividend
of 130 cents per security payable on Monday, 17 January 2011 in terms of the
Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec
Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to
participate in the dividend will be Friday, 7 January 2011.
PPCIHJ Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 10 January 2011, and the record
date will be Friday, 14 January 2011.
