RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 12
November 2010 as well as the update announcement released on SENS on 8 December
2010 wherein it was advised that the South Gauteng High Court Johannesburg had
granted provisional liquidation orders in respect of various subsidiaries of
AGI, which subsidiaries contain the majority of the trading assets and
liabilities of AGI as well as being the employers of AGI`s staff.
As the Company is now suspended and various subsidiaries have been granted
provisional liquidation, shareholders` are advised to continue to trade with
caution when trading their shares over the counter until a further announcement
is made.
