Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above STXIRT, Barrier Put Warrants
(REVS), would like to advise Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss
level of R28.50 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Tuesday, 21
December 2010 the abovementioned Barrier Put Warrant (REVS) has been terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represented by the number of REVS held on the termination
date, multiplied by the excess of the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R36.50
over the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average Price ("VWAP") of the
Underlying Share over the two Business Days following the Termination Date.
This amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP on 22 December 2010 = R28.7693
The VWAP on 23 December 2010 = R28.6839
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = R28.7266
Holders will receive R7.7734 for every warrant held
