NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s 2010 Annual Report containing the
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2010, will be
posted to shareholders today, Thursday, 30 December 2010. The annual
financial statements, contains no change from the results which were
published on Wednesday, the 24 November 2010.
Notice is hereby given that the 66th annual general meeting of Tiger Brands
Limited will be held at 3010 William Nicol Drive, Bryanston, 2021 on Tuesday,
15 February 2011 at 14h00 for the purpose of conducting the business as
stated in the Notice of the annual general meeting, which will be posted
together with the 2010 Annual Report.
