FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unitholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 15
November 2010 and are advised that Redefine International plc ("Redefine
International"), the AIM-listed subsidiary of RIN is still in conversation with
the board of directors of Wichford P.L.C. ("Wichford")(a London Stock Exchange
company in which Redefine International has a 21.7% shareholding) and Wichford`s
advisers, Rothschild, regarding a potential combination of Redefine
International and Wichford and, accordingly, linked unitholders are advised to
continue to exercise caution when dealing in RIN`s securities until a further
announcement is made.
