CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors announces the resignation of Mr Jacques Magliolo as non-
executive director, with immediate effect. Mr Magliolo will continue to assist
the Company in a consultative capacity.
The board would like to thank Mr Magliolo for his valuable contribution during
his time on the board.
