HOLDING IN COMPANY & DIRECTOR`S DEALINGS
The Company was notified on 30 December 2010 that Mr R Still had sold 700,000
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of
ZAR1.14 per Share, for a total consideration of ZAR794,172.84.
Following this transaction Mr Still has a direct interest in 2,000,000 Shares,
representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company and a total
indirect, non-beneficial interest in 41,824,408 Shares representing 2.90% of
the issued share capital of the Company.
