Total Voting Rights
The Company today announces, in conformity with the United Kingdom Transparency
Directive, that NEPI`s share capital as at 31 December 2010 consists of
76,933,734 ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting
rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in NEPI is 76,933,734.
The above figure of 76,933,734 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, NEPI
under the FSA`s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
