RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 4 JANUARY 2011
The resolution tabled at today`s General Meeting of shareholders was passed on a
show of hands.
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2, Firestone Energy Limited "Firestone"
announces that resolution 3 was put to the meeting and was carried by the
requisite majority.
