Further to the detailed cautionary announcement dated 22 November 2010,
shareholders are advised that the company remains in negotiation for the
acquisition of Realcor and that new heads of agreement are in the process of
being signed on similar terms and conditions.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
