NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s 2010 Annual Report containing the
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2010 was posted to
shareholders on 21 December 2010 and contains no modifications to the audited
preliminary results which were published on 9 November 2010. The annual
financial statements were audited by Deloitte & Touche and their report is
available for inspection at the company`s registered office.
The 115th AGM of PPC will be held in the JSE 1 Room at the Radisson Blue Hotel,
cnr Rivonia Road and Daisy Street, Sandton, on Monday 31 January 2011 at 12:00
for the purpose of conducting the business as stated in the Notice of AGM
contained in the 2010 Annual Report.
