NOTICE OF INTEREST PAYMENT ON UNSUBORDINATED UNSECURED CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES OF
R0.50 EACH ("DEBENTURES")
Notice was given in a SENS announcement of 8 December 2010 that Interest Payment
number 6 at 2.52054 cents per debenture would be paid on 3 January 2011.
Debenture holders are advised that the interest is expected to be paid tomorrow,
7 January 2011. Management has been informed that the exceptional weather
conditions in USA have caused the delay in payment for a shipment of product.
In terms of the debenture trust deed interest at 10% per annum is payable in
respect of the delayed payment (0.00276 cents per debenture). This will be added
to interest payment number 7 payable in respect of the six months to 30 June
2011.
