Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above AGLIRR, Barrier Put Warrants
(REVS), would like to advise Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss
level of R349.38 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Tuesday, 04
January 2011 the abovementioned Barrier Put Warrant (REVS) has been terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represented by the number of REVS held on the termination
date, multiplied by the excess of the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R419.25
over the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average Price ("VWAP") of the
Underlying Share over the two Business Days following the Termination Date.
This amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP on 05 January 2011 = R349.3403
The VWAP on 06 January 2011 = R351.26649
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = R350.30
Holders will receive R68.95 for every warrant held
