ends one trading day after the public
release of quarterly and annual financial
results of the Company. The CFO shall
promptly notify the officers and directors
if the date of delivery of the draft
financial statements and/or management`s
discussion and analysis precedes the first
day of the month that would otherwise
begin this blackout period".
