the audited results for the year ended 31 August 2010 was dispatched today and
contains no material changes to the information contained in the audited results
which were announced on SENS on 3 November 2010. The company`s annual report is
also available on the company`s website at www.redefine.co.za.
The annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for Redefine
linked unitholders, which will be held at Redefine Place, 2 Arnold Road,
Rosebank, Gauteng at 10:00 am on Monday, 31 January 2011.
Linked unitholders are advised that the ISIN Code in the notice of Annual
General Meeting contained in the annual report has been incorrectly stated. The
correct ISIN Code is as stated above.
