In 2004 the Share Trusts delivered ordinary shares in the capital of the company
to the following directors which vested 20% per year on the 6 January from years
three to seven. Funding for the purchase was provided by the trusts with
interest accruing at the fringe benefits tax rate, subject to the proviso that
all distributions be applied to reduce the debt. On 06 January 2011 the
following directors took delivery of the fifth and final tranche of vested
shares for settlement of the outstanding debt:
