APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Further to the announcement, dated 16 July 2010, and in terms of paragraph 3.59
of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mrs. Monika
Pretorius has been appointed as company secretary with immediate effect. She
will take over the responsibility from the financial director, Mr. Tony
Dreisenstock. Mr. Dreisenstock will remain the financial director of the
company. Mrs. Pretorius is also the company secretary of Alert Steel Holdings
Limited.
