RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING OF ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are advised that the ordinary resolution approving the distribution
of shares in Gold Fields Limited and the ordinary resolution authorising
directors` actions to effect the distribution, as set out in the Notice
contained in the circular distributed to shareholders on 15 December 2010 was
passed by the requisite majority of Mvela Resources shareholders at the General
Meeting held today.
