DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of STAN40 securities ("Securities Holders") are referred to the
announcement dated 8 December 2010 setting out details of a possible quarterly
distribution by the ETF to STAN40 ETF securities holders.
Further to the above mentioned announcement, the manager (STANLIB Collective
Investments Limited registered in the Republic of South Africa in terms of
CISCA) of STAN40 ETF have now resolved to make a quarterly distribution to
Securities Holders for the quarter ended 31 December 2010 ("the Distribution")
in an amount of 7.56 cents per STAN40 ETF security. The distribution will be
constituted as follows;
7.51 cents in respect of dividends and 0.05 cents in respect of interest.
The Distribution will be made to all Securities Holders recorded in the register
on Friday, 31 December 2010 and will be paid on Tuesday, 18 January 2011.
