NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual report containing the audited financial statements for the Company
for the year ended 30 June 2010 has been dispatched to shareholders on Thursday,
13 January 2011. There are no changes from the audited results for the year
ended 30 June 2010, released on SENS on Monday, 4 October 2010 and in the press
on Tuesday, 5 October 2010. The annual financial statements were audited by the
Company`s auditors, Logista Johannesburg and their report is available for
inspection at the Company`s registered office.
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for the Company,
which will be held at 09:30 on Tuesday, 8 February 2011 at 203 Allan Road, Glen
Austin Ext 1, Midrand.
