RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of the Company held today,
14 January 2011, all the special and ordinary resolutions required to implement
the increase in authorised share capital, set out in the circular dated 15
December 2010, were passed by the requisite majority of Afdawn shareholders.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office for registration.
