DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PropTrax SAPY securities are advised that a distribution will be made
to holders of PropTrax SAPY securities in respect of the quarter ended 31
December 2010.
This distribution will:
- be in an amount of 30.92 cents per PropTrax SAPY security, constituted as
follows:
- 24.91 cents in respect of dividends;
- 0.14 cents in respect of interest; and
- 5.87 cents in respect of other income, including manufactured dividends;
- be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY Securities who were recorded in the
register on 31 December 2010; and
- be effected on 18 January 2011.
