Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above SOLIRS, Barrier Put Warrants
(REVS), would like to advise Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss
level of R348.50 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Wednesday,
12 January 2011, the abovementioned Barrier Put Warrant (REVS) has been
terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represented by the number of REVS held on the termination
date, multiplied by the excess of the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R418.00
over the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average Price ("VWAP") of the
Underlying Share over the two Business Days following the Termination Date.
This amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through
STRATE.
The VWAP on 13 January 2011 = R354.148482
The VWAP on 14 January 2011 = R352.5093
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = R353.3289
Holders will receive R64.67 for every warrant held
