RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with rule 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Prof J van Zyl Smit
has retired as non-executive director of m Cubed with effect from Friday, 14
January 2011.
The board wishes to thank Prof van Zyl Smit for his contributions during his
tenure as a non-executive director of m Cubed and bid him well in his future
endeavors.
